What Does Little Prince Do?
Little Prince fires a ranged crossbow that can hit both ground and air targets - a rare trait among Champions, most of which are melee and ground-only. His signature trait is a ramping attack speed: the longer he stays still while firing, the faster he shoots. Moving, or getting hit by an attack-resetter like Zap or The Log, resets that buildup back to normal speed.
His Royal Rescue ability costs 3 Elixir and summons Guardienne, a high-HP bodyguard who charges forward dealing damage and knocking back ground troops in her path. Once the charge finishes, Guardienne stays on the field as a regular troop, roughly comparable to a Knight, until she's defeated.
Where Little Prince Fits
Little Prince isn't a win condition - he's a flexible ranged support piece that pressures lanes on his own, then commits Royal Rescue either to stabilize a tough defense or to open a bridge push once Guardienne clears the way.
How to Counter Little Prince
Attack-resetters are the most direct answer - Zap, The Log, or Electro Wizard all interrupt his ramping attack speed before it becomes a real threat, forcing him to rebuild it from scratch.
His base hitpoints are relatively low for a Champion, so a high-damage card like Firecracker can remove him quickly if Royal Rescue isn't backing him up yet.
Little Prince FAQ
What rarity is Little Prince?
Little Prince is a Champion card, unlocked from Silent Sanctuary at Arena 18.
Does Little Prince target air units?
Yes. Unlike most melee Champions, Little Prince fires a ranged crossbow that can hit both ground and air troops.
How does Royal Rescue work?
For 3 Elixir, Little Prince summons Guardienne, a high-HP bodyguard who charges forward dealing damage and knocking back ground troops, then stays on the field like a regular troop until defeated.
What beats Little Prince?
His firing speed only ramps up while he stands still, so attack-resetters like Zap, The Log, or Electro Wizard interrupt that buildup entirely. His base HP is also relatively low, making high-damage cards like Firecracker a real threat.
