What Does Hero Mega Minion Do?

Hero Mega Minion keeps the same armored flying troop players already know, dealing solid damage to a single target. The Wounding Warp ability, for 2 Elixir, instantly teleports it anywhere on the arena to the enemy troop or building with the lowest maximum hitpoints, dealing damage the moment it arrives. If multiple targets share that same lowest HP, it picks whichever one is farthest away.

The target is shown before you activate, so opponents get a brief window to bait the lock onto something less valuable. It can hit ground or air units and buildings, but never Crown Towers directly - and if it does warp in near a tower, its damage against that tower is intentionally reduced for a few seconds afterward. The ability only works once per deployment.

Where Hero Mega Minion Fits

This is a precision tool for heavier decks - Beatdown and Bridge Spam archetypes get the most from it, using Wounding Warp to snipe a key backline defender (like a Musketeer or Wizard) the instant a tank push forces the opponent to commit their support troops.

How to Counter Hero Mega Minion

Skeleton Army is the hardest counter - since the ability locks onto whatever has the lowest max HP, cheap swarm troops are an obvious lure, and their numbers can overwhelm Hero Mega Minion the instant it lands.

Stun effects are also effective - Electro Wizard or Zappies can lock it down right after it warps in, preventing its damaging first hit from actually connecting.

Hero Mega Minion FAQ

What does the Wounding Warp ability do?

For 2 Elixir, Hero Mega Minion teleports anywhere on the arena to the enemy troop or building with the lowest maximum hitpoints and deals damage on arrival. It can't target Crown Towers, and can only be used once per deployment.

Can I see the target before activating the ability?

Yes. The chosen target is shown before you commit, giving you a window to bait a different lock by clearing that target or deploying something else first.

Does Wounding Warp deal full damage to towers?

No. If it warps near a tower, tower damage is intentionally reduced for a few seconds afterward, so it isn't meant to be used as a direct tower-finishing tool.

What counters Hero Mega Minion?

Skeleton Army is the hardest counter - since the ability targets by lowest max HP, Skeletons are an obvious lure, and their numbers overwhelm the Hero right after it lands. Stun effects from Electro Wizard or Zappies can also lock it down before its first hit connects.
