What Does Bandit Do?
Bandit is a fast, ground-only melee troop with a signature dash: once an enemy comes within range, she charges at high speed and is untargetable for the duration of that dash, landing a bonus-damage hit at the end of it.
Outside the dash window, she fights like a fairly ordinary melee troop with modest hitpoints - the dash is what makes her dangerous, since it lets her close distance and punish something before it can react.
Where Bandit Fits
Bandit works well both offensively and defensively - she can dash out from behind a tank to snipe a low-HP support troop, or sit on defense and punish an opponent for overcommitting a fragile card too close to her range.
How to Counter Bandit
Buildings are a safe way to bait out her dash without risking a real troop, since she'll target them just like anything else. Once the dash has landed, her relatively low hitpoints make her vulnerable to a follow-up swarm or spell.
