What Does Bandit Do?

Bandit is a fast, ground-only melee troop with a signature dash: once an enemy comes within range, she charges at high speed and is untargetable for the duration of that dash, landing a bonus-damage hit at the end of it.

Outside the dash window, she fights like a fairly ordinary melee troop with modest hitpoints - the dash is what makes her dangerous, since it lets her close distance and punish something before it can react.

Where Bandit Fits

Bandit works well both offensively and defensively - she can dash out from behind a tank to snipe a low-HP support troop, or sit on defense and punish an opponent for overcommitting a fragile card too close to her range.

How to Counter Bandit

Buildings are a safe way to bait out her dash without risking a real troop, since she'll target them just like anything else. Once the dash has landed, her relatively low hitpoints make her vulnerable to a follow-up swarm or spell.

Bandit FAQ

How does Bandit's dash work?

When an enemy comes into range, Bandit dashes toward it at high speed and is untargetable during the dash, dealing bonus damage on the hit that follows.

What counters Bandit?

Swarm troops can overwhelm her after the dash lands, since her hitpoints are relatively low. Buildings also bait the dash safely without risking a real troop.
